Attention to the social responsibility began to increase rapidly in Saudi Arabia in the past years to play a pivotal role the corporate strategic plans; making a demanding need to spread and strengthen its concept amongst their human resources.

Leadership is the cornerstone for both business organizations and public entities to achieve high performance, efficiency and excellence as well as established objectives and goals through optimized utilization of production resources and inputs. Human capital is the key factor for success in administrative and technical terms. The effective management is depending on a highly selected leadership style that is subject to continuous improvements in order to match capabilities of workforce and to achieve both individual and organizational objectives and goals.

Environment of administration in Saudi Arabia has been suffering from some issues that are rooting deep into the public sector, and to some extent, into the private sectors. In my own viewpoint, one of the most serious issues is what I call “solo performance”.
